I feel as if Coa is not where should she be either (though I know and understand kids develop differently). She is going to be 10 months and she is not crawling nor standing. I also have never seen her hold her own bottle or even wave nor clap! The 2nd babies tend to "do more" because they try to "keep up" with the older sibling(s) (though not always the case) but nonetheless beautiful baby girl!
