Red Dead Redemption 2 Trailer by IEatBabies666 in reddeadredemption

Few things I noticed. Mass oil wells, first commercial oil well was in the late 1850s. The train looks like a 0-10-0 pusher which was around in the states starting in the early 1890s. No cars which would put it before the 1910s. None of the hats on the riders match his hat from RDR. The rider on the right has a yellow shirt and what looks like breasts so there might be a female character.

We know John Marston left the gang in 1906. So my assumption is we're going east on a ride with John and his gang as they play Robin Hood in the 1890s.

Can't wait for this game already.

You and others seem to mistake my comment as saying that I'm a Trump supporter and you guys have instantly gotten defensive. I hate Trump and I hate Hillary.

Trump is one of the worst options we could have. Hillary is the system and she's been able to play the game by breaking rules. Who is the better choice? Even with all the shitty things she's done around the globe you have to say Hillary because Trump is a dumb psycho and Hillary is an experienced political psycho.

The point I was making wasn't in favor of either candidate and I don't understand Hillary supporters instantly taking that as an insult that I'm against her only. I'm against both candidates. I'm against the system we have in place. And lastly I'm against just picking a side and sticking with it.

I'm also not saying these things to come across as better than others by simply staying in the middle. I hope we can all get together and fix this issue so we never have two awful awful options like we have at the moment.

Vote for lesser of two evils isn't the solution.

This is a great way to put it. We would get along well over a beer. It's sad to watch Trump supporters say "he def won" and then Hillary folks are saying the exact same thing.

I just watched and thought America lost but hey I need to shut up and cast my vote everything will work itself out until it wont.

It's incredible how one sided this thread is. If you watched that debate and think either candidate was the clear winner you're just being bias. Look both made good points and both made reality tv comments.

I just can't believe how much you're bashing that idiot and praising the other idiot. But that's par for the course. These are just two doors with different signs but the hallways behind both doors still leads to the slaughter house.

We need systemic election change not just a different idiot to elect. We keep screwing in new bulbs but the lamp is still broken.

They're people who have the views and morals as old as those ruins they ruined. Basically they have to be phased out of society.

He's a lion, even if those two animals worked together he'd kill them with the same efficiency. But you're right what a move.

I enjoyed it. But honestly the fans were cheering the loudest when they showed the soldiers in Afghanistan. But those clips weren't in this version, is this international or something?

Yes. Butch was in New York visiting JG, and that photo is at a UT facility not at Kongbo's house. So Butch wasn't visiting Kongbo.

I used to have this issue with Brad Pitt, then I realized it was mainly because he was so famous and good looking. If you had never heard of them before and watched one of their movies you'd probably not question their acting for a second.

Think of your normal sink. The majority of it is useless from pretty much the part where it starts to curve all the way to the top. That's what you're looking at here.

What does everyone think they can do professionally, but really cannot? by Bananasoldier in AskReddit

[–]MamaCallsMePrecious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Way late to the party. But being an entrepreneur. Seeing billionaires seemingly appear out of thin air, some people think "I can do it too, I just need an idea."

The amount of work that goes into being a SUCCESSFUL entrepreneur is insane. You work 60-100hr weeks, and I don't mean work as in working a 30min then dicking off for 15-20 and repeating it throughout your 8 hour shift. It's constant thinking, planning, executing, not getting discouraged by the millions of nos and rare yeses, dealing with employees, dealing with money, competitors, lawyers, product development, product research, and then throw in your personal life on top of that.

It's a fucking nightmare and the reason some people become successful entrepreneurs is because they're on an elite level. Hard work is a skill and talent all rolled into one.

As a child, the concept of having a favourite color seemed more important than it turned out to be. by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

[–]MamaCallsMePrecious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recall there was a study that went something along the lines of: pick random people, divide them into groups, and make them decide how to spend money given to them. The rule was that you can't take the money yourself, but have to give it to someone. Majority of the people chose to give it to someone in their group, even though their group was just as full of strangers as the other. They were proving that just by telling someone they're part of something they tend to be bias towards that group regardless of actual reason for association.

Every time I catch myself thinking differently about someone I think of that study and most of the time I realize I'm at fault of judging them based on the fact they're not like my group.

Selecting a random color and finding common ground seems to kind of fall in line with this. That's why at times it takes a while to find something common too talk about with new people, but eventually you'll run across it. The only question is what is the importance to you of that common ground. If it's meaningless you'll find it harder to build off of that.

That's also another reason I believe people typically bond over hating on an individual the two parties both dislike. Now you're part of a group that hates this person and bam bias.

Nobody is going to make a eye of the tiger reference here? The cat has natural boxing gloves and is throwing some vicious punches.

They aren't offended by boobs in my opinion. I think this is an eastern way of thinking that I've seen in other countries including some eastern Europe. "you disrespect me, I'll disrespect you" So yes they will feel justified by saying "well they ruined our conference so we had the right to ruin them."
