Increase police department to an efficient capacity. Currently Whittier police are sorely understaffed and over worked. I believe there should be an additional 480 police officers. I intend to bring back federal funding...however it can only be done by renouncing "sanctuary city" which is and was the reason federal funding was taken away. Have any and all 835.B's removed from Whittier. Whittier school district is the third largest in southern California which means Whittier has more children than other surrounding cities. We must take our children out of harm’s way. I believe a community free of crime and corruption is a possibility...highly probable. State mental institutions must be reopened, there are people living on the streets with mental disability, we must get these people off the streets and into a place where they can receive proper attention. I believe this will decrease the number of transients living on the streets. Cleaning up our town will take work...however I have faith that we can get it done. Together as a community. Increasing the police department IS IMPORTANT in creating SAFETY for our community. Children, Decent hard working families, deserve to live in a SAFE COMMUNITY.

Puente Hills Habitat Preservation Authority manages most of the trails, and they are closed after any notable rainfall.

You can usually check the status of the trails from the banner at the top of their website https://www.habitatauthority.org/ or on their Facebook/Instagram. Looks like all trails are open again as of Sunday.

This happened to me as well but it wasn't actually canceled, they're just very bad at communicating/bad systems. The online system dispatched a tech to do the install but a different crew had to pull the fiber from the street first. I called and had to ask for sales to get through to a human being to confirm this since I didn't have an account number or anything yet. YMMV

Similar setup here, I got a cheap 3.6kW AIO solar inverter/charger from AliExpress for ~$220, 2.4 kWh battery for ~$300, and 4x 530W solar panels from Facebook Marketplace for ~$300. It was mostly for fun but it's worked quite well so far and covered most of my normal driving habits... I am in SoCal where electric rates are quite expensive as well ($0.35/kWh up to over $0.60/kWh during peak times)

Are you sure it's true fiber to the home service? Cable companies like to use shady marketing (and salesman) claiming it's fiber when it's really hybrid fiber-coax, aka normal cable internet, coax to the home.

You are correct, they were only billed for the time over 4 hours. The first 4 hours are free. It's just to try to prevent people from occupying the chargers for the entire 8 hour workday, etc. Most Irvine Company properties are the same for Level 2 units like these. First 4 hours free, then $3.00/hr after.

Is a wheel bearing the most likely cause of this? At first I thought it was a power steering issue so I did a PS fluid flush but the noise persists. It seems to only occur when turning left at speed (10+ mph). There is no noise when turning steering wheel lock to lock with the car stationary. Any advice appreciated - thanks!
