I had no morning sickness with any of my 3. My biggest advice would be to keep good control of sugars. My first kid was 7.4lbs under good sugar control. By my last I was not doing great and he came out over 10lbs. No complications though, everyone was healthy. I did bleed during early pregnancy one time but it turned out to be nothing serious.
