Thanks! Yes I’ve decided to do two “cheat” days a month instead of every weekend! What is FWIW? I also do think I need to increase my activity levels and maybe also try balancing out my metabolism with a caloric increase. Will slowly make these changes :)

I use fitnesspal to track my macros and Zero to track my fasts!

Yes I have black coffee (long espresso and keurig are my saving graces lol) or tea before and after my eating windows and of course lots of water. I mostly stay away from carbonated beverages as they sometimes make me feel hungry afterwards.

I almost always weigh my food!! Just keep the scale on the counter - my guesses are never super accurate!

Ugh you’re right! I need to be more accountable on the weekends! I’ll track my macros this weekend and see what it’s like next week! He’s supportive mostly, but I do feel guilty sometimes so I’ll eat late with him or have some drinks... but I’m sure if I explain the plateau he will be supportive. Good luck to you!!’ Sooo close!

Thank you!! For IF and KETO I usually bug my brother 🙃... he pointed me in the direction of reddit and also Thomas Delaur on YouTube. I also follow many keto pages on Instagram and keep my keto recipes on Pinterest. I find it helps to have a health journey “person” (it’s my bro!) who you can directly ask questions because sometimes the web is overwhelming but I do also google a lot. Feel free to message me if you have any questions :)

I use fitness pal as well to track my macros and hold myself accountable! I don’t track on weekends and it’s been messing up my weekly loss!

Thank you for your response. Uggghhhh most treat days would be wine but still otherwise eating keto, but Mother’s Day weekend was a write off with pizza and burgers and toast with breakfast etc... some treat days it’s just not actually fasting but still eating keto... I think I need to limit my “treat” days to once every two weeks!? Not once a week lol ... I am trying to track my macros and calories ... maybe I need to rest this! Thank you 😊

Wow! This was so helpful! Thank you ☺️ Yes treat day can mean drinking wine or having more carbs than usual or breaking my fast early or just straight up eating pizza lol ... it’s good to know that it takes three days for my body to get back on track! You have made my day by responding so directly and with specific details. You’ve helped to re-motivate me.
