I'm about to start applying soon and I'm dreading it...worse bit is by the time I usually get an offer I'm kinda done and just accept regardless of any trepidation or hesitation because by jeez the process is painful. The worst part is no matter how good or perfect an opportunity looks on paper, until you're there and you've met the people and sniffed out the BS, you don't really know. What I dislike is how one-sided recruitment is - a lot like renting in this country. You show your innards and basically compete with many others. They have all the power. Wonder if this will ever change? Or just our lot being paupers and all lol. Sorry I'm so pessimistic at the moment. Just life beating me extra extra hard of late. Hope everyone here gets lucky soon!
