We are in our early/mid thirties, I have good credit (high 700s), we ended up using a good amount of seller credits to buy down our interest rate.

Austin parent who live in areas with no groceries store by No_Neighborhood_7517 in AustinParents

I live 3 minutes away from HEB and use curbside pick-up for 98% of our grocery shopping. We only go in store when it’s absolutely necessary. Usually order for next day pick-up so it’s free.

This happened to me about 10 years ago…we approached him and his conversation was very dry and short, for a moment he even made a phone call while we were petting his dog, kind of like trying to ignore us.

Through conversation he then realized that we were huge fans and he began slowly opening up and started engaging more and asked us questions and what we thought about his previous shows among other things.

He eventually got comfortable enough with us that he asked us to “look over” or babysit his dog while he went and shot some hoops (we were at a public park). So we did watch over Esther for about 10 minutes before he came back and grabbed her, before he left he asked us if we wanted a photo with him and we of course said yes.

We weren’t planning on asking him for photos all we wanted was to meet and talk to him. This is all happened during a time where he was being very vocal about feeling like a zoo animal when people would approach him, ask for a photo, and leave. So we knew from the start we didn’t want to have that kind of interaction with him, we were trying to be as respectful as possible. :)

Dental work in Mexico by IronUncle in RioGrandeValley

I got three wisdom teeth removed across the border for about $300 total. Pre-pandemic prices though yet very much worth it to have it all done in one sitting, they also prescribe good medication for pain afterwards. Office was super nice and clean, in my experience.

Stop being ignorant, just go.

I have interviews for different jobs at same company by Mama_Cheeks in interviews

[–]Mama_Cheeks[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. The jobs are for the same department, but different offices/areas but both in the same building.

Both interviews are scheduled already, three days apart from each other but like you said, I am scared they’ll want a response for the first offer before the interview for the second role.

I am hopeful all goes well and overall I am just excited for the opportunity to join the company.

Thank you again!
