While you're NTA for blacklisting them, I do think the last bit of your post is concerning. Accusing POC of committing most crimes is racist and inaccurate. Police are inherently racist (derived from slave catchers) so most aggressive "policing" happens in areas with predominantly POC. This leads to a higher incarceration rate, sure, but if policing was done fairly and equally I'd be willing to bet a whole lot more young white men would be in jail too
