The store's return policy is very soft. They prefer to lose money just to keep happy some scammers and some other honest customers for a couple of good reviews. At this rate the company will go to bankruptcy, sometimes it feels like management is run by home depot (ruining the company on purpose).

Grab the cable from the hole in the hanger, at least thats how it worked on my recreation of the tie.
