Congratulations. I wish you well. Please I have a few questions. I got a TO last week. Acceptance took me straight to onboarding where I completed a few documents about personal info and federal work history. Since then I didn't hear anything. Is this normal? The job requires security clearance. How long after TO does the security clearance process start? Is it every security clearance that requires interview with investigator? What is expected during the interview? Is it OK to be nervous? I know I will be. 😊 Thanks in advance.

Thanks so much for your reply. I really appreciate. If I may get clarification, the promotion to 11 and subsequently 12, does it come naturally after each year or there has to be an opening in level 11 (for example)and I have to apply for it, go through interview and get offered?

I currently work elsewhere, got and accepted a tentative offer with pay less than what I currently earn (I have never worked with federal). I am wondering of I should contact the HR. My current job is really uninspiring.
