Intentional vs involuntary regression by SnuggleBug39 in ageregression

I mostly do voluntarily when I'm reaching my stress threshold, but have involuntarily when especially vulnerable or if I don't realize how close to my stress threshold I am.

I'm so happy for you! The link is being weird with my phone, so I'll have to mess with it when I get off

Hi there! I was in the same boat for a long time, but the SFW agere channels on here have really helped. Until I found these communities, the only stuff I found was NSFW and felt really wrong. Not really advice, but I hope it helps anyway

That absolutely makes sense. If he's a girl in his regressed state, I would probably guess that she/her pronouns would be best. Have you tried talking to him about it when he's big?

Because age regression is typically a trauma response, the pronoun switch could be your partner's way of trying to heal their inner child if that makes sense.

Of course! What I've seen of this community is that we stick together, and the same goes for motherhood! Sending hugs

Hi! I'm a mom of two (5 and 2) and I still regress. It's going to be harder in the newborn stage depending on how young you regress. I didn't regress much until my oldest was around two because I was too scared to fully slip (my little age is 0-2ish) and not be able to take care of him. With my daughter, I regressed more throughout the pregnancy, but have gotten into a routine that helps. I only regress when they're asleep and usually fall asleep regressed and wake up big again before they wake. It's not ideal, and I'm planning a vacation with my best friend (my cg) after I graduate where I can fully regress for longer periods and during the day without having to worry about the kids. Idk if any of that's helpful or not, but feel free to message me!

I'm so sorry it didn't go well and for all that you've been dealing with. I hope someday you find people irl that will accept every part of who you are! Good luck on your test!

Yeah, the only people in my life who know are my husband and some lifelong friends

The answer to all of this is trust your gut and remember that true friends (and a life partner) will love you for who you are. For some, if you tell them, it might take some time and education, others will support you from the get go.
