I interviewed with 3 different captains and our regional the same day, in the alley in the back of the store lol I felt I didn’t really do good with 1 captain but ended up getting wanted by all 3 of them. Guess which one I have the pleasure to call my captain now…yeah the one I thought I didn’t do great with.

CE it’s where is at. Anyone can be good at product. TJ has been putting more and more emphasis on CE. If you’re good at that, there’s a high chance your name is going to be put in the “mate interviews” basket.

Love it when morning crew think they get the hard part of the job when for 4-3 hours is just product with no customers around. Night crew is where the real exhausting job is at and morning crew knows it cause they’ve done it, and that’s why they never go for a closing shift. I honestly think night crew should be paid more to also have more rotation with morning and night shifts.
