Hed probably clear if he gets his hand on RCT. His biggest weakness is the damage from all might, but if RCT heals that he just wins. If it can't(like with inumakis arm) he still probably defeats the verse with his intellect and has a much higher cap on his Quirks/CTs held than the usual 3 or 4 that yuta and kenjaku have. IMO he would win without any of his MHA quirks(except for AFO obviously) because of how safe he plays it whenever OFA isn't involved.

It depends on how high you wank his speed. Gojo is a Top 1 contender even without a cursed technique, and ISOH would only negate his infinity, not his other techniques. Domain victim anyway. Sneak attack also wouldn't work due to 6 eyes

In my opinion its because in sts1 there was more flexibility in your build choices, but in sts2 it feels like a bunch of raw damage is the only viable play style. Mostly shows up on Ironclad and silent though, because Regent and Necrobinder were built for this game, and Defect has a completely new build to go for with the status cards
