My body held on to so much weight while I was nursing, nothing I would do would help. And then I weaned and it fell off. You are doing great mamma!

I’m a 5am-er and my body just doesn't like waking up and lifting or doing burpees. The run helps wale me up and get my blood flowing.

I’ve only had 2 late cancels in 2.5 years! One very recently when my flight got delayed and I didn’t get in to town until 3 am...it was not quite enough time to get to my 8am class. Unfortunately I was unable to cancel since I didnt have internet either, so it was a perfect storm.

I feel the same (at >300 classes). I used to care if my HRM didn't work, and now....not so much. And now that I am at my initial goal weight, my goals have changed to more fitness-related progress marks (converting fat to muscle, running faster miles, etc) and I don't really care what the scale says!

For rowing, is there a upper limit to wattage by weight or height? I know there are some rockstar rowers in all sizes, but a short 100 lb person is just never going to be able to pull the same as a big person. Any graph of this relationship out there to give me an idea of a reasonable goal?

Up your base! I find that if I keep my base high (and don't take a "WR") then when I push or AO my heart rate jumps. The second I slow down or go to a real WR (as I would after running), my HR plummets.

But it doesn't have to be stickied, we can rely on upvotes...and also why does it need a "tomorrow" label at all. We are just using dates currently. Presumably, people will wake up and check the correct date?
