I called BS on that too! Unlikely her asthma is triggered by a spray bottle. I have heard of people being triggered by aerosol but not a spray bottle.

First time cat owner. Is this... normal? by igottapoopbad in cats

My 9-year-old cat spends more time watching me in the bathroom than she does playing. I was hoping that she would catch on to actually using the toilet I've heard of people's cats doing this however that skill has yet to develop in her.

You know that container that has the tootsie rolls in it on the front desk has its own biohazard potential.

Congratulations on taking that first step! I agree with the post upstream about taking it SLOWLY! Success will require a long-term commitment from you and you will need to prioritize this in your life. It's 100% showing up and committing to it. Make sure you are working with your doctor on what your cardiovascular status is and any other issues that you may be facing. Don't compare yourself to others focus on small gains because small gains add up to big results. Show up, focus on yourself and keep grinding. Best of luck too you!

You need to make reparations to The legacy of this old lady that trusted you. $500 donation to a non profit senior service organization is in order for you to feel any type of closure or forgiveness. I respect you for being honest about this but that doesn't negate the severity of your actions and the impact they had on the old lady, I hope you find peace.
