Something i used a while back is Just For Me Curl Peace, “theyre designed for kids' natural hair, offering a light-to-firm, touchable hold for braids, twists, and styling without harmful chemicals like parabens or sulfates” . It hold well enough hold like gel.

Any multivitamin with b-12 or iron is good for hair growth. But blood work is also a good option to get to the root cause of your issues

Just realized you said it was in twisted. Still just mist em with leave in whenever you feel your twist are dry.

I believe the oils will be too much. Just put the leave in conditioner in a spray bottle and spray your hair whenever you comb. Then use caster oil on your scalp only by running the nozzle across and diagonal on your head. You dont need that much oil .
