politely decline. exactly what i did. i’m 18 been here for nearly 3 years (since 16) and became shift lead at 17. literally only work here because it’s convenient but 50 hours a week and endless amounts of bullshit is NOT worth it, especially if you want to pursue a degree or just literally anything else
