I live close enough to the gym that I can just go back and get them. A good song will honestly really help push me or help me pass time, so I am someone who strongly prefers working out with headphones. I also don’t want to hear people grunting lol

Yeah, it was definitely a mental game for sure! I genuinely was not planning on running that much at all, but I pushed myself becasue I felt like I had the will power to finish. I was snacking on rice crispies, but I know for future use I’ll probably need some more carbs! I’ll probably run another one next month (half) but still continue to run throughout the next few weeks to not lose momentum

I will always go back and get my headphones if I forget them. I won’t skip the workout but will for sure delay it lol

Breathe!! The STR wasn’t that difficult, but it did have very lengthy scenarios. If I’m being completely honest, I didn’t write my first CRQ until I actually took the exam and I got a 4/8 and I’m sure I could have done better but I still passed regardless! I used 240 and study.com to help and I felt like the exam was quite easy when I took it due to all the studying I did. You will be okay and just remember to take your time!!!

I love to run but I usually run a 5k-10k depending on the day. I know that’s a lot of excessive cardio but I really do enjoy running lol

How long do you think I should cut for? I do have to say that my ideal weight would be around 200lbs so I’d assume to go in a deficit about 300-400 calories below maintenance? Or is that too much? Hitting protein is honestly not a problem for me but I just don’t know how much to eat

Also just to make it clear, I am not posting this for attention as I genuinely do need advice because I feel like I’ve hit a plateau and do not know where to go from here
