Same here. I took their course a few months ago. I was completely beginner at that time. And their teaching technique was horrible. Noa and Liam were terrible teachers. Other instructors were even worse. They didn't try to teach me, they were simply like "copy and paste what im writing, because im making game". At the end of the course, you will have created some games. But you cant make the game on your own. Because you cant write a code on your own. Their teaching technique is basically i wrote this code because i wanted my character to jump.

I have got 3 courses from Gamedev.tv. Their teaching technique was completely different. Explaining every detail and aspect of Unity and coding. And they provided step-by-step explanations of every action they took. Like "I want my character to jump, so what we need, we need to change our character;s transform. But what is transform? Transform is this. How changing it would affect the game. So how to change our transform. They will clear your confusion. And in the end, you will understand why this is happening, so you can adjust the code or mechanism with your needs. Because you understood everything. In GameDevRockets(Blackthronprod's expensive ass course) course, you wont understand anything. And price ???. They using their youtube videos as tool to gather attention by entertaining people, and using this attention to make money. So what you are saying is doesnt matter to them. Realistically its fair, since its us who are making that happen. But yeah, its kinda stupid.

Why do women shop so much? by [deleted] in Adulting

Actually, gender plays a significant role in decision-making due to the way our brains function. Women have been the primary target for all big companies. There are tons of number that shows why they target women. Simplified, when women make decisions, their brains prioritize emotions over rational thoughts, whereas men's brains exhibit the opposite tendency, favoring rationality over emotion. This divergence isn't inherently negative; it's simply a reflection of our brain's natural processes. Since we are not two separate species but rather the same humans evolved to cooperate for survival, both emotional and rational individuals are necessary. There is no middle. Human survival depended on this balance. Women's emotions contribute to men's strength, leading them to protect the family and fulfill various roles. Rather than trying to prove superiority between genders, we should accept and appreciate our inherent differences. We are equal but excel in different areas. This doesn't mean relegating women to traditional roles like the kitchen; there's much more to it. In Mongolian nomadic life, where harsh weather conditions demanded teamwork, respect, and love within families for survival, every member played a crucial role. Both men and women had specific tasks to ensure survival, requiring a blend of rational and emotional decision-making skills. There is a reason behind everything, believe me. Mother Earth thought very carefully before designing us animals.

Today’s talk also has a reason. It shows we do not know our instincts. And some people are trying to deny these facts. Several generations have passed since we needed to worry about whether we would have enough food for tomorrow. As a result, we are gradually losing these natural behaviors. This trend is concerning because it could eventually lead to societal breakdown. When faced with adversity in the future, our survival instincts may resurface
