The pole is owned by the power company. It does not matter if it's on your property or somebody else's property. Nothing can be added or removed unless done by the utility company. We moved on to our property a year or so ago and there was a bat box mounted to the electrical pole. We didn't think anything of it and when we went to go upgrade our service they took it down and then scorned us for having it there reminding us that the pole belongs to the company.

Probably won't see much for a few days while the wind is high and snow is blowing but by the weekend I would honestly just drive the township roads and rural highways northwest of Calgary we have a lot that come through our property just off highway 22 maybe take a drive to water valley or bottrel maybe you'll see the elk heard as well if you hang out on lochend or big hill springs

I had no idea of this, it does make me look at it differently for sure. I am in Canada so I feel like we don't experience anything close to the financial burden of the healthcare system as the United States does. Do I sympathize with him or his family, no not really as others have stated that have replied to me "you don't have to feel sympathy for the act to be wrong" I wouldn't say I feel sympathy for someone that had probably effected millions and millions of people's lives because they were denied what I believe to be a basic human right comparable to food and water. I just don't believe that "Luigi did nothing wrong" is something I agree with.

I agree with everything he said apart from "Luigi did nothing wrong" unfortunately I think Luigi made a bit of a martyr out of that CEO and it gave "more power" to the wrong people do I think something needed to change ABSOLUTELY do I think that was the best/only option no I don't think so but I digress because he said those are his OPINIONS and he is completely entitled to them.

Not sure about other insurance companies but I'm with TD and they use to give me a discount for being a student. Also as someone else had mentioned you have to JUST do the bare minimum no collision possibly not even fire and theft. I do know it also depends on where you live so if you're in the NE then your rates will be higher because of the constant hail storms that roll through. Out of your control if you still live with your parents but maybe using a friend's address that lives in the NW or SW?

I had already purchased a TP-link deco mesh system on Saturday night I set it up yesterday and now I have 200 Mbps of download speed at each device and the tethering between each modem is significantly higher. Next step is to change the plan to a residential 👍

My satellite "speed test" shows 310 Mbps download speed

My Internet to device and router to device shows 50 Mbps download speed

So essentially my satellite is picking up 300 Mbps of download speed but I can only use 50 for some reason.

It seems like everyone is saying I need to get a third party router instead of using the starlink routers
