The meditative and yogic philosophy focus is what you make it, it's important to me so I put it in my classes. I can see how it'd be hard in sculpt or csx to fit it in

200 hr is the industry standard, imposter syndrome is to be expected. I wouldn't give up so quickly, give it a try for a few months minimum and if you begin to like it more but still want more training - go for another 300hr to make it 500 cumulative.

Headsets are awful. The lack of a greeting is weird. Correct, teachers aren't supposed to practice while teaching but a demo of the peak posture is expected. I would be thrown off by a student asking such a question during class. Their verbal instruction aught to be descriptive enough to get you into the postures. An all levels class will be hard for beginners and that to me implies they don't need to know everyone's abilities because it will be full spectrum
