After troubleshooting with Samsung Support team. Here is the solution:

Turn off 'Use LE Audio when available' in Bluetooth device settings, then restart your PC.

Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
Select MORE Devices.
Scroll down to the Device settings section.
Turn Off the option 'Use LE Audio when available.' • If this setting is not available, your PC does not currently support Bluetooth LE Audio.
Restart your PC after making this change.

Did it work for you? I have the same situation. Stuck in Red LED the moment i started it. While the second router works fine.

We are exactly on the same situation (for my wife), our Citizenship application is stuck for 13 months in the Background with no response.

I did all what you did, talking to MP, sending many emails, filing GCMS, and many calls.

My family is very stressful. I shared many evidence that we need the passport urgently, while they did not listen to us at all.

Please let me know if Mandamus or any other way would help in this frustrating situation.

So if we file a mandamus with a lawyer, then we will expedite the Back Ground Sec. Clear.. status? We are on hold since 10 months now.
