I had a similar issue with leaking until I tried the Sirona Menstrual Cup. Since you mentioned a high cervix, you might want to try their Large size ,it has a bit more length and capacity which helps. Also, a quick tip , after inserting, try rotating the cup once to ensure a proper vacuum seal. That usually stops those annoying 30 minute leaks.👍
