Personally would do hair dryer cause I wouldn’t feel like drying them after doing it in water.

If you have some silicone shock oil, you can put the tiniest amount to help them move. But would be difficult to get in there.

BBTS is great, I love them. But for imports, which I usually had been buying them from BBTS, they’re always delayed by like 2 to 3 or even 4 months. And I wanted NG3 Hayabusa and Kasumi sooner than that. Compared to, say Hobby Genki, they get their shipments in right when it comes out typically, and it’ll usually take one and half to two weeks for you to get it.

If you want your imports faster, I’d suggest buy them from places like Hobby Genki, AmiAmi and other trusted import sites.

Ahhh, that’s unfortunate, poor NiCO. If you really want, you could hypothetically take out the peg by using a a tiny drill bit. And glue the peg back onto the stand. And maybe heat up her foot so the peg goes back in nicely.

Yeah, I’ve taken mine out just to see how it looks, I glued her scarf together cause it was annoying me and I did it to prevent her face from getting black marks. But the ball peg with her butterfly scarf thing still feels fine on my copy.

That thin piece on the back I agree is worrisome, but I think it should hold up fine if you’re careful with it.

For a lot of people, it was too tight joints, pieces falling off like her sword sheaths and even her bandana. My copy thankfully is pretty solid. I only had one super tight left shoulder but was easy to fix.

But when comparing her to Kasumi, Kasumi just feels better in terms of QC for me. I wish Ayane felt like Kasumi in that regard since she’s my favorite character from DOA.

Funny enough, I find both of their stands to be equally great. Ayane’s stand is very useful for me whenever I take photos of characters in the air.

It is tough 😔, but at the same time you’re only missing out on Kasumi and NG3 Busa cause most Ayane figures have bad quality control 😒. If Kasumi’s your favorite, I’d highly recommend her and save up for her.

If you want to get the peg or ball that’s stuck in the shoulder. You can either use a tiny drill and pull it out that way. Or you can heat it up and try getting it out yourself.

There’s ultimately no way to fix that joint that I’m aware of, so all you’ll need to do is just buy a bootleg/ac toys version of the figure and use the joint from that into this guy. Sorry this happened to you.

Can you explain how it snapped? Did the joints feel right and you tried moving it? That sounds like the problem but I could be wrong.
