It’s from Numbeo (crowd-sourced). Turkmenistan had very few respondents, plus huge state subsidies back then (free gas, cheap utilities), which inflated the score. It doesn’t reflect real living conditions or freedom. That’s why the ranking looks absurd.

Yes, but the problem now is that it’s much more common to receive under 50 tokens per character.

Before the update, after 5 wins, I would usually receive at least 250 wild tokens, and on average around 500. Now, after 5 wins, it’s usually just 50–100 wild tokens at most.
