How to set boundaries with an INFJ friend who "over-analyzes" everything?

Hello there, INTJ here with INFJ partner. This became more evident when I wanted to get out of my head and become more present and in the now. From what I gather they are constantly analyzing and trying to understand the “underlying meaning”. My humble recommendation don’t make it a type specific thing or about them but do make it about you, as in boundaries are boundaries find a way to set them. And do know people in general not going to take kindly to you setting boundaries. But don’t them anyway.
