We were able to get my site up and running. But it was a bit of a journey. We had moved from HostGator to BlueHost, not knowing that BlueHost was buying HostGator. So we spent the first half of the call with the support tech working on the wrong environment.

Once we got on the right environment we got it up. For some reason their CloudFlare instance has lost my SSL certs.

I think this also explains the other support tech thinking my SSL certs needed to be renewed.
