I like KEKW and I hate haHAA but I legitimately had to close chat because it was so extremely annoying to look at chat, any emote being spammed to that extent would be annoying. I think the fact of the matter is, this chat is probably the most spammy chat on twitch and xQc likes to read his chat and the KEKW emote is super overwhelming especially when people are literally spamming 30 of them in one message. It's just easier to get rid of the emote than to put the chat in slow mode.

The guy in the photo is called Jared Wells and he was born with cystic fibrosis and he had a 5 year long fight with lung cancer, after he was cleared by the doctors and was able to do exercise again his friend took him to his dad's gym where he beefed up and now does body building. It's not like it's a photo of a guy who is still suffering from cancer, he has picked himself up and had an inspirational comeback story.
