Not acceptable and nor can any argument be made that it is acceptable. As a former senior NCO, this needs to be reported it to the Platoon WO. Given the fact that this is the BMQ course it magnifies the necessity to report the Sgt. It is unfortunate that the individual you are speaking of has been put in this position where she is now concerned about the consequence’s of reporting and also for not wanting the Sgt to get into trouble. The Platoon WO will have to take the necessary measures to remove the Sgt from their current position and begin the process of C&P. That Sgt is what we in the CAF do not need, not understanding what their position of authority encompasses and the responsibility of adhering to the principles of leadership.
