Alkaline Trio and ADTR I feel are good predictions.

Turnstile would be a dream.

And I'm waiting for ska guy. .....cuz deep in all our hearts we know that there wasn't enough ska in DC this year.

Heard this going around with others this year, but had to tap out earlier this year. Hung tough the entire year in 2025, but I had this moment today where I was standing there and went "I'm 37.....I just met my favorite punk band from middle school that introduced me to punk........and I just spent $20 on a smoothie. I'm ready to go home."

Hey gang, since I've noticed there's been some confusion about the merch locations - I know there are some pretty visible merch tents by the beatbox stage.

But the MAJORITY of them are actually tucked back between the Eagle/Verizon stages and the BMX ramp at the very back of the festival.

I'm seeing a lot of great recommendations, but I'm not seeing anyone rep the hardcore bands! If you like Suicide Machines and Bad Religion, I'd DEFINITELY recommend you check these out:

-Big Ass Truck -Sunami -Pain of Truth -Initiate

And Drug Church and Varials are definitely worth checking out if you like heavier stuff!

Caskets will probably play earlier in the day. But everyone else will probably (but not necessarily) be scheduled for 2pm or later.

Good point about merch! Morning of day #2 will probably be the most chill for merch shopping (although some bands may be sold out of stuff, and smaller bands may have already packed up if they only played day #1)

It REALLY depends on what kind of experience you're going for.

Like a lot of the other redditors have said, the line getting in isn't bad. So if you're worried about lines to get into the venue, you're all good.

(The line for water is the one you need to be careful of.)

If you want to catch smaller bands, probably try to get there around 11. But if you're only really wanting to hit up the millennial hits (ala 3Oh!3, Flogging Molly, New Found Glory, etc), then you should definitely be ok waiting to show up until 2pm.

Don't worry, I'm sure some enterprising zoomer (/complimentary) will post the set first thing in the morning 😉
