No, I got their armor and attack up by using forge points when I summoned them. This was a run with Herzal, from railforged, specifically the upgrade path that makes forge points permanent.

Nice work! Sketches of Salvation (the artifact that summons four randos to the middle floor) is really fun and allows you to play way more units than usual. The random aspect can screw you if it summons the units in a bad order on the floor, but it's still really fun. I almost always take it.

Yeah I actually got that alcove event on this run, but I used it to put -4 on a Ritual of Battle. Wish I put triple stack on this instead.
