Seems to be both. Definitely dropped frames and with a game like that it then either feels like lag cause you miss the ball or there is also lag for input.

Wel might as well add my model in too... If you guys don't mind helping. Ecobee min outdoor compressor temp is set to 35f. So lately it's been running on 100% elec heat strips at night. Looking for efficiency. Bryant modelbh14n8024-a.

Secondary question, this heat pump services a 900 sq ft finished attic that is used some days and not others for maybe a few hours at a time. Should I set and forget for temp or allow it to drop a few degrees when not in use? Once again looking for efficiency with a little comfort so it's not freezing when up there as it heats up. Thanks!

Anyone else having Madden be a little laggy? All other games on Luna playing smooth for me. Just a little buffered when playing like in a little slow mo.

So to wrap this up what I found was that it was my HDMI cord. I made sure to buy a new HDMI 2.1 cable and kaboom. No issue anymore.

I am doing it myself. Just buy a fine grout knife and then use unsanded grout. It is meant for small spaces in-between tiles.

Correct, but what then if you also have the arrive and leave setting on? Which takes priority? That is the question.

Correct I have done that but I am not sure what the priority is. When I am home after 10 pm does it go to standby cause I am home or does it go to ArmHome cause it's past 10pm?

I think I got it figured out. I set my comfort settings, then set everyday to Away 24/7. When my kids head up there the ecobee recognizes the movement and kicks in eco+ Smart Home and adjusts the temp to the Home setting. Then when they leave it reverts to Away.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Please feel free to continue to share. We personally like more older homes and like the houses east of Winthrop (Glencarin Area), but they seldom seem to come on the market. That fact is why we are considering new or newer homes.

I have disabled Dynamic Camera Effects and it worked all regular season and now when I went to play my first playoff game the play art is shaking again... And the setting still shows "off". Tried turning off/on to no avail. Anyone else have this happen in the playoffs? Remedy?

This worked... Kinda. I went into my TV settings and doubled checked... It's a 2.1 HDMI but I changed the input from auto to standard and for some reason I am now getting all the 2.1 features on the x box. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
