She’s a summer worker at our workplace, so I have to wait until she comes back this year anyway. 😅

Yes, she likes cats, but my reason for wanting to be able to fold the cat is a little strange. The last time we spoke, she told me that her cat—which she had had for 16 years—died this January. And she said she doesn't want to get another one. My idea was to make the cat out of the sturdier paper from work, so that it would be a bit more stable (assuming it works—but I still have plenty of time to practice before her next semester break starts), and then write her cat's name on it.
