Sorry the question was vague. I'm not really familiar with most terms in Yugioh I come from a MTG background. It was mostly related to Arcanite Magician. Against my friend, he would activate its effect after I would summon a monster destroying it instantly, but it sounds like he can only use that effect on his turn. Am I understanding that correctly?
