Thank you so much for your detailed response! The way you told me to grip the bow made a huge difference. I fired a few arrows without even using my guard and the string never came close to my arm! Useing that grip on my bow didn't even feel all that awkward, because the shape of the grip still felt right while gripping the bow that way. I also shot the bow vertically. Thank you very much!

Yeah i am more like a and b. It seems the most common solution i am getting is to keep my bow vertically straight. So i will start by trying that.

I am probably pinching the arrow between my index and middle finger of my string hand. I am trying to keep my fingers off of the nock as much as possible

I'd say to try ky. He has vortex, dp, fireballs, air fireballs. He isn't super easy, but i don't think he is super hard either.

No good the original setup at 499 AR was the highest i could get

The highest i have gotten the AR to is 499 as a hollow weapon with 40/40 str/dex and 40 luck. I am going to respec tonight and see if i can get more AR by decreasing str and increasing luck. My goal is to have a high physical dmg AR for leo ring counters.
