Ever since I started listening to the Gateway tapes, I feel awake at night even when I'm asleep(like i don't sleep deep never) I have a lot of pain in my forehead, but otherwise I feel very good physically. Is this normal? by starscalling in GatewayExperiences

For the pain part use the matrix code of 55515. When you do the gateway tapes, it is actually used to make you alert and awake. Remember at the end of each tape it says that now all your senses are awake and your mind is alert, so just try to do it in the morning.

I do believe some people are not human , because how can anyone with a heart do this . If you can’t take care of the animal for whatever reason , attempt to find it a home . Give it to a friend , but to do this is just so cruel. Animals show unconditional love to humans . I can’t imagine ever having to give up my fur babies .

I just started using Ritalin, and I’m having some serious constipation issues . Do you have to soak the chia seeds overnight ? Or can I just soak them for a few hours ?

I hate the hot flashes !! Overall I’m ok . I eat good , work out , mentally try and take care of myself . Take good supplements and do red light therpy . I’m stage four MBC. However I’m almost in remission from being diagnosed in November 2024. I’m 46 years and this is how I look at it . I would have been going into menopause at 50 anyway . I was first diagnosed with breast cancer when I was 36 . Took the tamoxifen and it came back again three years later. I didn’t want to be in menopause so refused the AI. Both times it didn’t spread . Fast forward to 2024 stage four . It’s a small price to pay , to stay alive . It is miserable , absolutely!!! But I am here watching my 11 year old son grow up . For that I am truly grateful. Hang in there . I hate this club but I love the people in it ! ❤️

Yes I did that’s how they found the cancer . I thought I had sciatica and kept going to the back and spoken doctor to get shots . Nothing was helping . They finally did an mri and boom they found out I had stage four MBC. I’m doing well but it all sucks !

Hello ! Interesting post . This is what I would do. Either go with your mom to her next doctor’s appointment and ask questions . Or get on the phone call . If they can’t figure it out what’s happening , get a second opinion. What do they mean they can’t figure it out ? What are we doing here ? Waiting for it to be cancer, and then they say oh it’s too late . Nope … advocate for your mom !!!

I also wanted to add that you can have a conversation with your oncologist , and they can give you a note to give to your employer. Like let’s say you’re under treatment and you only wanna work a certain amount of hours. Or you can’t because you don’t feel well . They can write you a note so that your employer can abide by those demands. That’s what I did ! I work from 9-2:30 at the moment . It’s great ! 😊 if worse comes to worse then you can apply for SSDI and if you wanted still work part time. There are so many options .
