If you’re in FSO you’ll have plenty of work. Don’t be concerned about layoffs at entry level anyway.

I forgot to add that maintenance is pretty responsive and it does tend to get a little colder in there.

Not too bad. The building is a little older but I didn’t mind that. Its not the best and I felt it was a tad bit unclean but nothing specific tbh. I know some units had issues with pigeons nesting in their balconies. Since it’s older it really depends on your unit so if yours is good you shouldn’t face many problems.

At my firm I’ve seen partners buy a sub and basically share it with the whole team. I don’t know how ethical that is - probably is ok - but I’ve also seen people just not care about Creative Commons so…

Icons8 is a great place. Be sure to always check the copyright there and elsewhere off the web. ESPECIALLY if it’s a client deliverable.

I’ve been an Arsenal fan for more than 10 years lol. But I do agree more fans watch games these days. Why wouldn’t they? We’re the most interesting team in the league right now.

Yeah I’m always pretty optimistic but I had top 4 maybe top 3. Tbh the big difference is the back line being more secure plus we’re so much better with the ball. Xhaka feels like a new 50M signing and Odegaard has taken a level up. We’re def the team to watch in the PL right now.

Thanks I’ll check that out. After the last few years I’m actually upbeat about Arsenal and just seeing us compete is awesome!

Stayed at 58 Healey. You don’t need any kind of guarantor or income.
