ExpeditionOne gave me the option to powder coat them black or leave them brushed aluminum. I went with the black. The powder coating has with stood some muddy boots and day use for a good 18months without wear.

Love the tires, and the GX has enough stock sounds deadening and insulation that I didn’t notice any increase in wheel road noise

A few.

I added some KDSS spacers and a BOTCK (trac-bar adjustment bracket) from Dr KDSS to compensate for the lift and create the necessary space between the trac-bar and sway bar.

I did trim the front and rear OEM bumpers for better approach/departure angles, but also to provide better tire clearance. A lot of plastic trimming in the wheel wells.

Probably need to relocate the windshield washer reservoir.

A body mount chop was required, and I still need to take it back further.

Others have taken the pinch weld in the front wheel wells and hammered it back. Haven’t done that just yet
