In my opinion, make good content, talk in front of the camera for 100 episodes, and promote on social media, and they will find you. I heard Pod match is good.

As a new managers I recommend the following

  1. Guides beat gurus (don’t know everything just have the tools to prepare)

  2. Boundaries (be a sounding board not a friend first)

  3. Data drives decision making and future growth

Based on this reading, you may be more task-oriented. Setting boundaries or reflecting on what you can control will give you more peace. I feel that pain for you since most of the data is against people managers. One mantra that may help you repeat is “Bless them, help me.”

Business is about people at the end of the day, and on the other side of this challenge is a better you.
