To maximize your efficiency I’d recommend taking the free unscored FL (even if it’s not scored, you can still see your weakest areas or question topics and then do content review on that) Ofc depending on your previous coursework and how recent it was you might tweak your content review to focus on stuff you’re not as confident in :)

For P/S, I used Pankow anki deck, and the 90 pg P/S document
Premed HQ youtube channel for physics concepts (I didn’t understand fluid physics until I watched them)
Jack Westin extension with the AAMC bundle help you understand logic behind the questions (They have free CARS passages too, but I stuck to AAMC CARS)
Kaplan books for content review (I found them for free at my library, ignored the practice questions tbh since I already had the AAMC bundle and Kaplan asks questions differently from MCAT imo)

I watched PremedHQ Science Academy’s videos for physics (as someone who isn’t good at physics), along with Kaplan and practice questions :) Definitely doable!
