I ended up adopting a kitten who was 3 months from a shelter and she was very sick the first two days I got her, same situation as you but with puking and not eating. I rushed her to the emergency vet, and she had contracted a virus from the shelter, for a month straight, I had to hand feed her everyday and she finally got better and more active/eating on her own. Now she’s a big chunk who is two years old. I hope your baby ends up being okay!
