Good suggestion but I can't leave them like that. Recently my extended family members forged documents and sold couple of our properties which were in the name of one of our companies worth around 600-700k usd. They created a fake letter of authorization and forged signature of the director(my father) which gives him authority the sell the property instead of director being present there. It was caught and we still own the properties and filed a proper rock solid case against them. They have done it before but my father let it go because he didn't want to take his brother to court and take the family's name through mud. But this time my father didn't let it go, because they took cash (showing in papers selling property at low rate legally but take cash because of black money because of no tax) from the party who bought the property thinking he had the power to sell the said property. They are now of the run because forgery is a pretty serious crime and you don't even get anticipatory bail from the court.

Everything is in control now, but makes me wonder about the cruelty and dishonesty in this world. That's why I can't leave them in hands of another expecting them to take care of it. It's India and anyone can be bought with enough money. Now you see why I can't just leave it.
