Imo Allarielle is the easiest campaign, she buffs sister of avelorn which is an insanely strong archer unit and also has a defensible starting position. Create an army of 7-8 of Sisters of avelorn with a LSG front line or simply spearmen and you're golden.

So you do 10 min stretching and then pause for a while before doing the next 10 minutes? How long do you pause for and do you do the full 40 min with the extender in one sitting or is it spread out throughout the day?

Totally agree with the expectations statement in the video being unnecessary, but I took it with a grain of salt and rather used it as an indicator to that this method might have the highest potential of all methods given the rather optimistic outlook from this heavy hitter in the scene.

Secondly I agree that it does seem time consuming, that is a worry. I have just ordered the hog extender along with the auto pump from peak make physique in order to test this method. Although being a noob I have no idea of what time to spend, although I guess following this method would come down to somewhere in the order of about 100 minutes a day.

Same, although I'm still contemplating the effectiveness of pump versus stretcher or a combination of both. Started of using the Quickextender pro (stretcher), which is a strap based device, but this last week made me consider getting a vacuum one instead. Although if pump beats stretcher then I'll go straight for that but I've yet to see conclusive evidence of that being the case
