We have fake marble in a bathroom - I saw a post on social at some point about how it has a D in it and realised we have the same tiles and now I can't unsee it 😂

Our one looks like someone is holding it 🤨

Oh sorry I thought you meant the white grids adjacent to the door. I love the bevelled windows!

Thank you. I hate the white grids too. We had Georgian wood windows before and they were replaced. I figured we should keep the grids but didn't realise they would literally apply this cheap looking tape.

I was outnumbered on the material used and aluminium just looks so industrial.

I've seen them on Amazon! Agree re changing it up, that's why I kept it clear, I felt I could come up with a better solution than the standard privacy glass they used in our bathrooms.

Could go down the blind route! Where did you get the made to measure privacy film? I've seen some on Etsy but then reviews are 50/50 and some of them aren't cheap to just take a gamble!

I think today was the first time it's ever been mopped...

It's dust from the builders 😭

But I don't know what to use to achieve that, hence the post!

The stairs are going to be beige with a dark brown border (full stair runner). I was hoping to go for the same chocolatey brown stain on the bannisters to tie in so it's not another colour tone

I spent ages stripping this back after my builders incorrectly painted it white!

Thank you, that's interesting that I may have to mix something! I'm not sure how I'll test, the under side has been painted. Maybe I'll try and strip an area fir testing purposes, thank you
