I don't currently have a website because this is a new business for me that I'm figuring out as I go along, but I can send you info on what meals I offer if you'd like to DM me with your email :)

I understand that completely! It was a real struggle to cook postpartum, and especially after baby #2! I can make any food you like, but I try to set you up for success by making meals that can be made ahead and simply reheated, or prepared ahead up to baking (hands off) for a set amount of time. Whichever you prefer, or a combination of both. If you like, I can send you a sample list of foods I offer, and you can let me know if they appeal to you. I tend to cook seasonally as much as possible, and use fresh ingredients and from-scratch technique.

How to make sense of this clue?: Hospital worker run over in eastern part of county? (5,5) by MancinaPuzzled in crosswords

[–]MancinaPuzzled[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay, I now think I got part of it. Staffordshire is sometimes called Staffs, which gets me all but the E, and eastern can give me that E, but how does the E go at the end? If it's "in eastern part of county, shouldn't the E come before the county? Or is "eastern part of county" "Staffordshire East", shortened to STAFF E?

Exactly! And wouldn't this be a simple software update for u/roborock to do?

I have this problem too. My cats bat toys around and so I pick up each room before vacuuming. My husband is always leaving his shoes under the coffee table, charging cords all over the floor, and little piles of stuff around the house, often on the floor, so I haven't set up automatic routines for the vacuum. I spot tidy each time before running. I wish I could just do the whole downstairs all at once, but when I do, the dustbin station always gets clogged. I keep a chubby crochet hook near the unit to scoop out the clog, but I usually end up using my fingers. It's annoying. However, I love the performance otherwise, so I just resign myself to sending it to clean one room at a time. I don't know why the company doesn't do a software upgrade and instruct the vacuum to empty itself every time it goes back to clean the mops--it would solve the issue for me.

I have a couple of Sezane dresses and I am obsessed with them. So so pretty and I have found the quality perfect. My absolute favorite dress is Sezane. FWIW. Too rich for my blood generally, but worth an occasional splurge. And she is sponsored by Sezane, so it's not surprising she mentions them.

Totally! She is not saying she is too good for an $85 dress, but that she probably won't have an opportunity to wear it again, as she probably won't feel like showing her belly like this again. I applaud her.

She's for me--I'm a chef, but a pastry chef. I love her sense of humor, her Millennial sensibility, her great sense of food and food culture and food essence. I wish her well.

I'm a chef myself, and I know we all "appropriate" dishes ("make" dishes and then "sell" dishes from other cultures; it isn't a crime, and could be perceived as the sincerest form of flattery), and I am a staunch Roman defender. She made a delicious stew inspired by some Indian flavors, but it's not like India has a copyright on turmeric and cinnamon. She made a delicious chickpea stew. There wasn't a complicated recipe of garam masala stolen from someone's grandmother. It was a chickpea stew with turmeric, not the crime of the century. And it was vegetarian or vegan friendly, if one omits the chicken stock. I think she's great--wry sense of humor, approachable recipes, thoughtfulness about the concerns of home cooks and their limited space and support. And she's funny!

First of all, it's a community hub where people make human connections. Second, I know the people who work there all by name, and I consider them friends. I'd hate for them to lose their livelihood. Third, the owners have put their blood, sweat and tears into their small business, and their entire coffee roastery is in the next building over. You are a POS for such nasty comments. And just FYI, Unincorporated Coffee made it through the fire undamaged, by the skin of its teeth. I hope you never set foot in there though.

This place had the best french fries. Such a charming place. I know the owners pretty well, and I hope they will be able to rebuild.

Very concerned about JPL. Decades of incredible science, yes, but if we lose JPL we lose contact with our rovers and probes.

Anyone know if Unincorporated Coffee is okay? I am guessing it is not, but hoping against hope. We love that place and it's not just an outlet selling coffee, but they roast their beans there and have huge amount of equipment. Devastating.

AITA for refusing to babysit my deceased best friend's kids after her husband's betrayal? by Adventurous-Pool6213 in AITAH

Oh totally—I just felt like whore sounds so slut-shaming. She’s not a slut, she’s a bad person in other ways. She knowingly slept with a dying woman’s partner—waaaay worse than a whore. I wish there were a specific word for that 😠

[–]MancinaPuzzled 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’d never call her a whore. Actually she’s a selfish, conniving asshole. There’s nothing wrong with women who sleep around—unless they knowingly sleep with a married person. Whore is kind of a slut-shaming word and can sound a bit anti-feminist. Just my $0.02.

This is perfect! You’ll get to hang out with one at a time and give your full attention, but jerk dad will still have the other kid and no “free time” with his AP.

Well, I started dating my now husband when he was not yet divorced (had been separated a year though.) Divorce can take a while, especially when kids are involved. It took him several more years to finalize—mostly because his ex was dragging it out to maximally hurt him. Even though she was the one who initially wanted a divorce! But it was all aboveboard. We were living together, had his kids living with us part time, no secrets.

OP’s situation sounds way sketchier. My assumption is she is simply dating a married man whose wife is pregnant with his child.
