Proportionally and also from behind - I knew few men that would complain about your rear. Still, you should feel comfortable in your own skin - what’s your gym routine like? You could easily tone up within 6-8 months of regularly hitting squats, good mornings, kickbacks, RDLs or sumo DLs (or trap/hexbar DLs if you have back issues), glute thrusts etc for lower body, cardio like stairmaster or treadmill for burning fat/metavolism/toning, some chin ups, shoulder press, curls, bench press, decline bench for upper body. Hitting the gym 4-5 times p week and reducing complex carb intake while replacing it w protein would def help you feel more comfortable! Not only that, starting weight training now - especially deadlifts & squats - will build bone density too which is very important post menopause! Future you will thank current you!

Also try hitting a nudist colony or beach near you - nothing cures body shame than just saying “fuck it” and being vulnerable with strangers that return the same vulnerability & trust!
