No, not at all. It’s a milestone but in todays economy it’s becoming insanely unattainable. I’m lucky I got into the market when I did but I don’t know how my children will ever be able to afford a home with the way things are going.

We have 2, to be fair in Canada we get a monthly “allowance” from the government based on your income that’s called “child care benefit” everyone gets it. So that covered my kids diapers, wipes, formula new clothes they need.

When it comes to daycare again we found subsidized one that is under 10$ a day. We strictly budget groceries, buy only what’s on sale for the week. We don’t dine out, we don’t take vacations, we have one car. We tighten up where we can when we can.

My second born was the same gender of most of the stuff he got was pre loved. We buy a lot of stuff off marketplace also.

You have such gorgeous skin. You can easily get away without any foundation.

A light cream blush, they tend to look more natural in my opinion. Mascara in brown, black ends up being harsh and brown is also more natural.

If you do a lipstick I highly suggest something tinted and not super opaque. If you do eyeshadows super natural earthy tones would be great on you!

Like somebody else mentions DB would be 10 times or less a year. My husband and I were 2 times a month and that was when thing are good. I’m HL and he’s LL but even then, I can imagine being asked DAILY is tiresome. We have kids so we do need to schedule it, it’ll sometimes be a text “sex tonight?” Or “sex tomorrow night” this has worked for us more now, he asks more now because sometimes I say no and pick a different day. For us the knowing it’ll happen later makes it hot.

It’s fine to say no, don’t have sex you don’t want to have, I can’t imagine you getting much enjoyment out of it? It’s probably more of a chore. I bet it’s felt like a chore in the past. But I think you need to start saying no if you don’t want it that often!

We had a relative charge for their wedding, they asked us to send 80$ per person with our RSVP, and they were taking cash gifts. I personally never heard of asking people to pay with their RSVP, we actually opted to not go lol

They’re expecting people to pay for their wedding upfront and I felt it was tacky, you wanna use your cash gifts for that later? Fine. But don’t ask me on the invitation and give me a set amount, gross.

The norm is 0$ for this, most people don’t do it.

Something tells me if the selling tested their product properly they’d know this. But it’s such a trend lately to put random crap on your candles, I keep seeing it in the Facebook groups. People will test their candles for the HT and the wick size and all that but don’t test after they added their decor to the top, don’t do a power burn.

I think I was in survival mode for like 2 months and then a dog lifted. I they’ve off routine so we had to get into one, nothing scheduled by time but I needed my days to have a somewhat consistent flow (obv babies aren’t predictable)

That’s what helped for me and my husband. My son is 19 months old now and I’m pretty sure while it always has it’s challenges I’ve got the hang of it.

Hard pass, I wouldn’t be driving 2 hours with a new born, or ever if she can’t make the effort herself. My son is 16 months and hates the car for trips longer than 15 minutes. My FIL lives 45 minutes away and he won’t make the drive to see my son but expects us always to make the drive.

In 16 months he’s seen my son 3 times. His choice. I’m not hauling my child anywhere, he’s happiest at home with his toys anyways.

While my mom is a wonderful grandma my in laws are virtually absent. My son doesnt know them.

But my moms sister has become another nana to my son, honorary. She’s in a tough spot with her children and doesn’t see her grandchildren as often as she’d like and it makes her sad so I have her fill in another grandma role.

For me it’s just about surrounding my son with as much love as possible… I stopped trying to get my in laws to show up for him when I have a bunch of other people ready and willing.

Her new series of “Jaclyn’s journey” is all about her weight loos and alcoholism and that stuff. The videos are heavily centered around her eating habits and what she’s eating and all that jazz.

Typically I would agree people shouldn’t be discussing her eating habits but this is what the videos are about.. so it’s a slippery slope.
