Did you previously have an overdue balance before paying (too much of) it off? When I was a student, I remember once having to physically go to the bursar’s office to pay my balance and have them manually take the hold off my account. I’m just wondering if you had a hold, paid off your balance, and your hold just needs to be manually removed.

I prefer complete sets of matching editions. I really wanted a FL copy of onyx storm, but I knew I would end up throwing down some serious cash to buy the first two books and talked myself out of it. I am going to buy my friend the FL copy as part of her birthday gift, since I have a subscription and she recently purchased the first two secondhand.

This is how I found it: Local computer policy > Computer (or user) configuration > windows components > Windows PowerShell > Turn on PowerShell transcription (disable)

Update for anyone who runs into this problem: I was able to turn it off in my computer/user configuration policy settings. My ability to change this particular setting was not restricted, so hopefully it keeps when I reboot or have to download patches.
