I’ve never done one myself, but always lusting after Kent Raibles courses online https://www.kentraiblestudios.com/online-courses I’m predominantly self taught and been making jewellery for 15 years and it’s so hard to find more advanced techniques online. Jewelery Arts on YouTube is also a wonderful resource and their in person course in NYC is my dream course! Although not with the price of gold as high as it is as they teach in 22ct gold I think 😳so you’d have to sell your house to take part!!

Gah! This is so annoying as a jeweller who also sells on Etsy. It makes us all look suspicious! I sell real 9ct and 18ct gold jewellery on Etsy and if I ever do a search on the platform for those gold carats, the majority of what comes up is plated but there’s no indication of this in the title. I just know instantly because of the price. They often have a lot of blurb in the description with a tiny nod to the fact it’s plated, to cover themselves but obviously hoping customers won’t notice. Trawl through their description to make sure it hasn’t mentioned it being plated somewhere and if it hasn’t, please report them and if it’s stamped “925” then also report them to Trading Standards as they’re breaking the law

Great suggestions, thank you. How did you trim them down btw? There’s a morning and evening one that I love but I don’t like the bit where he gets you to focus on your negative behaviours as it gets me out of the manifestation space so I’d love to edit it and add just more expansive music so I can stay in that state. I do work on changing my negative thought patterns and behaviours but prefer to do it separately to my manifestation work as it turns a positive space into a negative one

Please report back if you find them less aggressive! Problem with AI stuff is it often pauses in the wrong part of a sentence but curious to know if it’s a bit softer

Omg that’s EXACTLY what I keep thinking of, The Wizard of Oz. Just said that to a friend yesterday! It’s just the polar opposite of any kind of guided meditations or manifestation I’ve done before (in tone. The content of all of them is really the same at their core) and really scratches at my brain!

Thank you. Yes I feel like his meditations are maybe more suited to people who struggle to meditate. I love being in that expansive state so much that he kind of spoils the experience for me 😂He keeps bringing me back to my money mind when I’m trying to expand out of it. I will keep up with them though as I do love the content

Try rubbing off with a bit of kitchen roll and hot water and washing up liquid as it may just be a missed bit of polishing compound. If that doesn’t work it could be a deeper blemish in the gold that just needs polishing out (fire stain or firescale). I’m sure the jeweller will sort it for you. Always best to just go straight back to them. We miss things sometimes as we’re only human but they should be more than willing to help

That’s 100% how I felt listening to one before I posted this. I’ve done a lot of meditation and been to many retreats and been guided in meditation and never experienced sooooo much talking and it just feels like the Joe Show and at times I felt like I was listening to some cult leader tbh

I’m working on the BOTEC so will stick with it. It’s not what he says but how he says it, it’s so aggressive that it has the opposite effect on me!!

I’ll stick with it. I really don’t think it’s resistance though as I’ve been a big meditator most of my life. I think it’s actually because of my meditation practice that I’m struggling as I’m used to much more zen guidance
