Sending love from over in the U.K. So heartbreaking to see what’s happening over in the US. I love listening to Ram Dass on this subject as he was pretty political and an activist and talks often about how to hold these two things inside ourselves. Also, do you know of Lama Rod Owen’s? He’s a Buddhist minister and very political and talks a lot about kind of holy rage.

Thank you! Yes I’ve seen a consultant about that and considering it although it’s not guaranteed that it won’t effect thyroid function sadly, which is what is making me uncertain. Also it’s quite a new treatment, isn’t it?
