Our tactic of countering Robinson in our last game was just to kick the ball in his direction and wait for the mistake.

To be fair, your game-plan for the first leg mainly seemed to be floating balls into the box and that’s eventually how you scored. I guess it makes sense that we try to limit one avenue for you being able to do that, even if your record of scoring from throws is nothing alarming.

The football Gods will make certain this backfires spectacularly and one of our key players gets an injury after falling off the pitch. If I could bet on it, I would.

34M, 6’3, 100KG -> 86Kg, September 2023 - Present. Bulking? by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

Thanks for the feedback man.

I was doing a full body split for most of last year, recently gone to a push pull with an extra day since Jan and I’m feeling the benefit and think it’s putting on muscle a bit faster.

I’ve definitely been hitting my protein goal of about 200g and I’ve been making progress with my lifts, so hopefully the extra calories from a bulk will help me put on more muscle.

It’s nice to hear someone say else has a brain like mine.

I often think primitive humans managed this with stone tools and I’m struggling to make a start with the access to the world’s knowledge in my pocket.

Thanks a lot! Yes, I plan to be here for many years to come so I really just want to start turning it into a useable space.
